Buying from ABC is easy
You can order from our website without creating a user account, just browse our store and place any items you wish to purchase in the shopping basket. When finished selecting product proceed to the Checkout where you can choose to order without setting up an account or, if you wish, set up an account and we'll remember you next time you visit. You'll also get the benefit of wish lists and any special promotions which we operate from time to time.

Delivery

Orders placed before 14:00 will usually be dispatched the same day and you will normally receive your order in 1-3 business days.

If you require delivery outside the UK please call or email our sales team. Notice of any additional delivery charge will be given before the order is processed.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will notify you and offer to back order for you. You will also have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Payment and Security

You have the option to pay by several different methods including major Credit Cards, Cheque, PayPal or BACS transfer. Credit Card transactions are handled by Protx, the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the UK. Accredited under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), you can be confident that your credit card details are in safe hands.

If paying by cheque please allow 5 working days following receipt of the cheque by ABC Music before dispatch.

Returns Policy

All goods purchased online from ABC Music Ltd are covered by a 7 working day money back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or return. Do not return goods without first contacting us to obtain a return authorisation.

It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us in the condition in which they were supplied.

ABC Music Ltd will issue a full refund provided the goods are received by us in an undamaged and saleable condition including all original packaging. If goods are damaged or not saleable as new, ABC Music Ltd reserves the right to reduce the amount of any refund accordingly.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to us unless the goods are faulty. ABC Music Ltd can arrange for the collection of goods (UK only), alternatively the customer may choose to return the goods by their own means.

Software, CD's DVD's and Videos cannot be accepted for refund if the seal has been broken.

All goods are sold in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No.2334).

Guarantee/Warranties

Every new instrument carries a 12 month manufacturers warranty and is checked and tested before dispatch. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange or, where applicable, a full refund.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods, where the fault is due to manufacturing defect, will be refunded or exchanged where possible within the first 30 days of purchase. After that time and for the remainder of the warranty period, faulty goods will be repaired and returned as quickly as possible, free of charge. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the Managements discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported to ABC Music within 24 hours of delivery.

Privacy Policy

ABC Music does not disclose buyers' information to third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

We have great retail stores packed full of music products and staffed with people as in love with music as you are. Vist our stores for expert advice or to see/try any of our instruments. We cannot however guarantee to match all our internet prices in our stores.
